Upcoming AIMMA Meeting

November 4-5, 2005

St. Petersburg/Clearwater Beach, Florida

For this meeting, we have selected the TradeWinds Sandpiper Hotel & Suites, St. Petersburg Beach, FL as our base hotel.  The AIMMA meeting and social events will be held at the Sandpiper, and AIMMA member Evatone has graciously offered its facility in nearby Clearwater for a facility tour.

The TradeWinds Sandpiper is a beachfront property located 30 minutes west of Tampa and is also 25 minutes from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. We have are holding a block of rooms at the Sandpiper for both November 4 and 5, although the rate does apply for the two days preceding and two days following. The standard one bedroom suite rate is $169 per night, and there are also additional gulf front one bedroom suites at $220 per night (based upon availability).

I encourage you to make your reservations early, most definitely before October 5. You may make reservations by calling 1-800-808-9833, or by using the attached form.  The meeting is listed as: American Independent Media Manufacturers Association.  You’ll need to mention the association’s name in order to qualify for the rate and be counted in our group.
